Who are DJ Benzi?
Benzi is a producer/DJ/businessman from Detroit, Michigan. I travel around and make people dance.

What have you been up to lately?
Lately I've been on the road rocking shows all over the world all while still trying to finish my debut album "Get Right". Also I've dropped a mixtape a month for all of 2009 and you can get em all @ www.djbenzi.com!

Any new projects coming up?
Coming up we got the massive Motivation3 mixtape with me and Mick Boogie and D-Star and this go round is hosted by Mike Posner. In addition we got the remix mixtape to XV's "Everybody's Nobody" and my own long awaited album!

Have you ever been to Sweden before?
Yep I've been to a Sweden a few times and I've played Stockholm like one and half times (the half was a show that was cancelled like the night with DJ Dram of it cuz the promoter had no money) and I've done that fun Rumble party in Malmo with Diplo and Gothenberg a few times with the homie DJ Dainjah. So ya I'm practically a Sweden resident.

What can we expect at CLEO NIGHTCLUB the 5th December?
You can expect my normal high paced club sets that feature hip-hop music flipped on its head and given my club treatment. Its sure to be a crazy night so girls bring yo dancing shoes!

What's your favorite tunes right now?
Right now I've been really into this The XX album and all the remixes that come with it. Also even though I made it I can't really stop rocking the new Mike Posner "One Foot Out The Door" mixtape and of course the new albums from Kid Sis & Wale!
